Barbet de Luxe: This is a bungalow design with two covered terraces and an indoor garage. The generous living/dining room has french doors on both sides and is very light as is the kitchen area. The three bedrooms, the bathroom and toilets are separated from the living area by a corridor. One bed/working room also has doors to the terrace. The storage room can be reached from the inside as well as the outside.

Gers : This two storey villa has a big landing area on the second floor which can easily be used as a study or sitting area. The house has three bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor. The generous living room has two french style doors opening onto the covered terrace. There is a second toilet next to the bathroom on the ground floor. Again the storage room can be reached from the inside as well as the outside.

Campagne:This type characterizes itself with its cozy living room and dining room which are separated by the stairs. There are three bedrooms, two of them are on the ground floor and one is on the second floor with an attic. . From the ground floor living room you can access the terrace which is equipped with an electric sun canopy. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom and a separate toilet.

Rental costs include: water and electricity, bed linen (which will be changed every week) and tourist tax.

There is a security deposit for all villa rentals which has to be paid at reception on arrival. This amount of €150 per villa is fully refundable providing the villa and its contents are returned in good condition at the end of the rental period

There is also a obligation to pay a final villa cleaning fee on leaving, this payment depends on the type of villa which has been rented:

Villa type Campagne € 60. Villa types Gers or Barbet de Luxe € 70

Bathroom and kitchen towels are available to rent on request

Bathroom towel set: € 8 per person

(This is 1 bath towel, 2 towels per person and per villa 1 bath mat and 1 small towel)

Kitchen towel set: € 8 per package

(This is 4 toilet paper rolls, 4 bin bags, 7 dishwasher tablets and 4 kitchen towels.

Arrival/ departure: every day apart from the period between the 5^th of June and the 21^st of August. This period only on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Arrival after 4 pm and departure before 10 am The minimum number of staying days is 3 days.

Additional rental costs dependant on season:

Barbet de luxe + swimmingpool the 24^th of April- 2^st of October + €25 per night.

Electricity from the 1^st of October until the 1^st of March + €3.60 per night.

When you reserve before 1^stof March – 5% reduction

When you stay between the 1^st of January and the 31^st of December and your stay is more than 14 days – 10% reduction

When you stay between the 1^st of January and the 17^th of July or the 21^st of August and 31^st of December and your stay is more than 21 days – 15% reduction
