The villas
As you may know, living in the South of France is primarily done 'outside the house'. That's why each villa has a spacious garden (500 - 1000 m2) with one or more terraces.
The high quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped with all essential conveniences: spacious fridge with a small freezer, electric (ceramic) cooker, hood over the kitchen range, grill-/ oven and of course a dishwasher.
The bathroom is very complete: bath with shower, wash hand basin. Separate shower cubicle. Taps are often thermostatic mixer taps.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, spacious and well equipped.
In case the villa doesn't have a washing machine, washing and drying facilities can be used in the annex near the reception of the château for a small fee.
Each villa has been furnished luxuriously, with differences per owner.
The villas are all connected to the estate's central cable system with a wide choice of TV channels. e.g. several Dutch, English and French ones, and the estate's information channel.
The villas have electric heating: integrated in the floor in the living room, radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. Each villa has a parking space for one car. More parking space is available at the entrance of the estate and near the château.

Standard inventory

- 1 (separate) toilet, types Gers and Barbet also have an extra toilet in the bathroomr

- Individually furnished, with plenty of furniture and utensils for the maximum number of oocupants.
- Duvets and pillows are available.
- Each villa has a garden with garden furniture

Terraces:
- Type Campagne: at least 1 terrace, with electrical sun screen,
- Type Gers: at least 1 terrace, (partly) covered
- Type Barbet 2 terraces, (partly) covered
- electric heating: integrated in the floor in the living room, radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom
- Double glazed windows, the windows can be opened in two directions.
- heavy outside doors with high quality locks.
- The villas are well isolated, if you close windows and doors early the villa will stay relatively cool during a hot day.

The tap water is of high quality, direct from the Pyrenees.
No need to buy bottles of water.
