Local taxes, use of water, electricy and heating are included in the above costs.
Services
Per visit one service package is mandatory, which includes a kitchen set on arrival and cleaning of the villa after departure. The costs € 58.- for villa type Campagne and € 80 for a Gers or Barbet de Luxe.
There is an extra charge for villas with a private swimming pool.
