General rules
When arriving at the parc you will receive an envelope with information, e.g. the parc rules and other general information.
A few of these point are listed here as well:
Arrival - the villa is available from 15.00h. Please inform the reception if you expect to arrive after 19.00h.
Departure - before 10.00h the villa should be 'broom' clean, ready for inspection by the reception.
Cleaning of the villa after departure is included in the Service package. Please leave all laundry in the hall, dishes washed, all garbage in the containers near the château.
Please follow all rules about traffic, the use of roads, and try to avoid anything that is unpleasant for other users of the Parc.

it is mandatory to folllow all directions of the parc manager.
Each villa has an inventory list. You are expected to check the inventory, and to report any problems within 24 hours after arrival. Do you have any other problem or complaint during your stay, please report it as soon as possible to the reception. We also appreciate, at the end of your stay, your opinion about the villa and the Parc, which you can give using the Feedback form, in paper or on this website.
It is not allowed to bring pets, unless you are the owner of a villa in the Parc. When the villa is listed with "strongly requested not to smoke in the villa" we very much appreciate it when you comply.
Individual owners may have their own rules / requests made available in the villa. Please try to comply.
At the end of your stay you can fill out the Feedback form, and leave it in the information evelope with the reception. Or if you prefer, you can use the feedback form on this website. All feedback is forwarde immediately to the secretary of the Rental club committee, and will be used confidentially.
